Hai, all!

This is the first post of the Wagon Wheel Blog, wherein you can join us in our thoughts on the upcoming reading and production of our little Wagon that could. Every post will be related to the show in some way, whether it be audition notices, late-night musings, actor biographies. . . all things Wagon Wheel.

To start us off, I'm proud to announce that we are building the foundation of Team Wagon Wheel for our upcoming production in June, at the  Robert Moss Theatre/440 Studios - sponsored by the Planet Connections Theatre Festivity. Joining Erato and I on the trail is Robert Heller of the Playwrights Horizons Theater School, as our director; Maggie Kate Coleman, also a GMTWP graduate, for our line producer; and Sarah Wozniak, Assistant to the Artistic Director at the Pearl Theatre, as co-producer.

I'm also excited to announce that just this afternoon, we were given a date for the Frederick Loewe reading, at the NYU-Tisch Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program. With the production on the way, the Program administrators were kind enough to offer us a slot in their Actor Lab days, with a performance on the 28th of April. We've sent in the casting slate and we'll be posting updates as soon as possible.

It's all very exciting.

We have 100 days until the opening of Wagon Wheel at the Planet Connections Festivity!

Keep the Wagon Rolling!
